Who is Ella?
Ella Frank is a junior in college at Ohio University, double-majoring in Media Studies in the Recording Industry as well as Visual Communications in multimedia. She first became involved with music at 13, learning guitar and bass. Around this same time, she joined her first band, created by her guitar teacher at Rock School in Pittsburgh. Ella is currently involved in 3 different bands: Jillian Kay, Laughing Chimes, and Blush. After she graduates, she wants to be in Nashville, working in the music business and still playing her own music on the side.
Ella Frank works on a project for her graphic design class in the Radio Television Building at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Being a double major student, Ella’s schedule can get very chaotic throughout the week. “I like to dedicate completing school-related work at the library and save music things for my room or respective practice rooms, which kind of helps my brain compartmentalize what I’m focusing on.” Said Ella.
